1, After continuous running of jaw crusher for 2 hour, bearing temperature increase is less than 30 degree centigrade
2, All jaw crusher fasteners must be tight, such as eccentric shaft,pulley ,toggle plate movable jaw plates and fixed jaw plates.
3, Flywheel and grooved pulley run smoothly. No abrasion, filings and attrition in all jaw crusher friction parts, no abnormal noise.
4, The discharging output size range should be according to the rated working specification of jaw crushers in crushing production line.
